ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Upon arrival please enter the car park at the rear of the building and locate “Brooklands Court 1.” As you enter the car park at the rear of the building this will be on the right hand side.
If your appointment is Monday to Friday enter Brooklands Court 1 and take a seat in the waiting area directly ahead of you. Your consultant will then collect you at your treatment time. If you have not been collected at your treatment time, please call 0113 468 1443.
If your appointment is Saturday or Sunday the doors will be locked. Please wait outside Brooklands Court 1 until your appointment time. Your consultant will then collect you at your treatment time. If you have not been collected at your treatment time, please call 07415 194709.
